Facebook has updated its Facebook Messenger app for Android and iPhone to version 4.0. This update finally brings group messaging, just like WhatsApp and Google Hangouts. You can also name the group. The new Forwarding feature lets you forward any message to others who are not in the conversation. Twitter has started rolling out two new features for the Android and iPhone apps. The photo tagging feature would let you tag up to 10 people in photos. Another feature is option to upload up to four images in a Tweet at a time. “Tagging doesn’t affect character count in the Tweet — you can tag up to 10 people in a photo and still have all 140 characters at your disposal”, says Twitter. This shows a bar with related search terms at the top of the search results page, when you search for an app or a game. If you search for “fun”, it shows iPhone games, easy games and more. The new update for these platforms adds six new tracks around Asian-inspired location, the Great Wall and four new cars. The new iOS update v1.3 also has Twitch integration to connect with the Asphalt community on Twitch.tv to broadcast your gameplay online. Angry Birds Epic arrives on Apple App Store in few countries

Last week, Rovio teased that they were introducing an Angry Birds themed RPG game and that it would be called Angry Birds Epic. Today, the game has gone live in App stores of countries like New Zealand, Australia and Canada. This is just a soft release and when the game is ready, it will be available for everybody across Apple App Store, Google Play Store and Microsoft Windows Store.

Facebook Messenger for iPhone got free voice calling feature in the US and Canada back in February 2013. It rolled out for Android users in Canada in March, it rolled out in the US and in 24 countries in April last year. You can make calls only to Facebook Messenger users on iPhone and Android over 3G or WiFi. It is not available for Facebook Messenger for Windows Phone that was launch recently.
