Yahoo Mail for iPhone undergoes a makeover with new features

Yahoo has revamped it Mail app for iPhone to make it more personal. For starters, the Yahoo iPhone mail app will provide users with personalized news from the Yahoo News team. The app now boasts of Mail, News, and Today icons at the bottom of the screen, which let you access communications, news, information in a single integrated experience.

Apple iPhone sales in India soar to 55%, more than doubled YoY

Apple revealed its Q2 financial report today by recording $45.6 billion in revenues. The company shipped 43.72 million iPhones in the last quarter in addition to 16.35 million iPads. Giving insights about its performance in India, Apple CEO Tim Cook said that iPhone sales have increased 55% over the past year.

Square Enix has released Hitman GO, a turn-based puzzle game for iPhone and iPad. This is developed by Square Enix Montréal and lets you strategically navigate fixed spaces on a grid to avoid enemies, infiltrate well-guarded locations and take out your target. This includes disguises distractions, sniper rifles and even iconic Silverballers. The game definitely looks promising and interesting. Square Enix has promised to bring the game to Android soon. Gameloft has released the The Amazing Spider-Man 2 game for Android and iOS devices as it announced last week, but it is not available for Windows Phone devices yet. It revealed that the game would be coming to Windows Phone in the near future, which might be disappointing for Windows Phone users who were expecting the game. The game is compatible with iPad 2 (or later), iPhone 4s (or later), or iPod touch 5th Generation. Facebook unveils ‘Nearby Friends’ feature for iPhone and Android

The Amazing Spider-Man 2 for Android, iPhone, iPad and Windows Phone 8 launching on April 17

Gameloft and Marvel teamed up once again to announce The Amazing Spider-Man 2 last month. Now Marvel and Gameloft have confirmed that the game would be coming to iOS, Android, and Windows Phone on April 17th, when the opens in Australia, Germany, UK and other countries. Rovio Stars released Tiny Thief, a puzzle game for Android, iPhone and iPad last year at $2.99. The game has received a new update that makes it free for both the Android and iOS platforms. BBM for BlackBerry, Android and iPhone gets Stickers, option to send larger files and more

BlackBerry has announced a new BBM 2.1 update for BlackBerry, Android and iPhone that would bring stickers through new BBM Shop. This offers sticker packs, similar to stickers on the Facebook Messenger. Each pack would have 20 to 25 stickers. BBM shop has both free and paid (about $1.99) stickers. This update  also brings option to send larger files up to 16MB on BlackBerry 10, Android and iPhone.
