The price cut could be the result of upcoming launch of iPhone 6s and iPhone 6s Plus smartphones that are expected to launch in India next month. The Apple iPhone 6s carries the same design language as that of its predecessor, but the company has used entirely new aluminium, custom Apple alloy in the constructions. The newest iPhone has the same 4.7-inch LED-backlit IPS LCD display and has the same resolution of 750 x 1334 pixels as that of the iPhone 6.
