Airtel bringing iPhone 4 to India
Airtel just informed us they are bringing the Apple iPhone 4 to India. No pricing or exact launch date has been revealed but the note simply says that the Operator will launch the iPhone 4 in India in the coming months. Airtel Money – Mobile Payment Service launched
Airtel has launched it’s mobile payment service under the Airtel Money banner. The service is initially available in Gurgaon. This is the first time a Mobile Operator has launched such a similar in India.Airtel already inked tieups with several merchants in Gurgaon including coffee shops, restaurants etc. to accept payments. We decided to compare the 3G Tariffs from Airtel , BSNL and Tata Docomo in the Bangalore, Karnataka Circle. This circle was chosen because it is the only circle maximum Operators are offering 3G as of today.
Reliance was not included because it has launched 3G in this circle.This comparison only takes into account the Prepaid tariffs and our main focus is on the Data Usage charges.
