Lenovo A6000 with 4G LTE, Snapdragon 410 SoC announced, launching in India soon

Lenovo has introduced A6000, the company’s latest budget smartphone with 4G connectivity in the A series at the International CES, as it promised. It has a 5-inch HD display, is powered by a 1.2GHz quad-core Snapdragon 410 processor with Adreno 306 GPU and runs on Android 4.4 (KitKat) with Vibe UI on top. It has a 8-megapixel rear camera with LED flash and a 2-megapixel front-facing camera. It has dual SIM support as well. LG to show off Pocket Photo 2 Smart Mobile Printer at CES 2014

LG has unveiled Pocket Photo 2 (PD239), its new smart mobile printer and the successor of its first Pocket Photo Printer that was launched in India earlier this year. The Pocket Photo 2 is compatible with Android, iOS, and Windows 8 operating systems and can connect to these devices over Bluetooth (Bluetooth) or NFC (Near Field communication). The successor is just 20mm thick, 4mm thinner than the first Photo printer and has a slim design for better portability. Intel and Motorola Mobility enter into Multi-Year Partnership

Intel showed off its smartphone reference design at CES 2012 and said that it will announce a smartphone partner soon and now the news has arrived. Intel has entered into a multi-year partnership with handset maker Motorola Mobility which will use Intel’s Atom’s chips in it’s Android smartphones.The phones will be shipping later this year.Motorola will continue to use Qualcomm and TI chips in its phones.The partnership includes tablets as well so we might see Motorola tablets powered by Intel silicon in the future. Huawei Ascend P1 S world’s thinnest smartphone announced

Huawei has announced their world’s thinnest smartphone, Ascend P1 S that is just 6.68mm thin. It is 0.02mm thinner than the Fujitsu ARROWS ES IS12F while the Motorola RAZR is 7.1mm thin. It comes with 4.3-inch (960 x 540 pixels)  Super AMOLED display. It is powered by dual-core 1.5GHz TI OMAP 4460 Cortext-A9 processor and runs on Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich OS. It weighs 110g.

Sony Xperia S announced, 4.3-inch HD display, 12MP camera and 1.5GHz dual-core processor

Sony Xperia S is the first smartphone under the Sony brand in the Xperia NXT next generation series announced at CES. It comes with 4.3 inch (1280 x 720 pixels) HD Reality Display with Mobile BRAVIA Engine, 12MP camera with LED flash that can take shots in just 1.5 seconds directly from standby mode. It is powered by 1.5GHz dual-core processor and runs on  Android 2.3 (Gingerbread) that is upgradable to Android 4.0 (Ice Cream Sandwich) in Q2 2012. Nokia Lumia 900 for AT&T packs 4.3 inch display, 1830 mAh battery, LTE and Front-facing camera

Nokia and AT&T today announced the Lumia 900 which supports AT&T’s 4G LTE network. The device looks very similar to the Lumia 800 but packs a bigger screen and battery. It packs a 4.3 AMOLED CBD display and a 1830 mAh battery.There is a 8MP camera on the back with Carl Zeiss optics and there is also the front-facing camera which was missing in the 800.We are not sure if this device will be coming to other countries but Nokia is betting big on the Lumia 900 and trying to re-enter America which is one of the most competitive mobile markets in the world today. BlackBerry PlayBook OS 2.0 Software previewed at CES 2012

RIM is showing a preview of the OS 2.0 software for the BlackBerry PlayBook at CES 2012 this week.Native email might finally arrive on the tablet. The best part is the ability to remote control the Playbook using a BlackBerry handset. It has 3.8-inch (800 x 480 pixels ) TFT display, 8MP Camera that can capture panoramic photos and with secondary VGA video calling camera. Lenovo IdeaTab S2 Android 4.0 tablet announced with 10-inch IPS display and 1.5GHz dual-core Snapdragon CPU

Lenovo has announced IdeaTab S2 10, their first tablet that runs on Android 4.0 (Ice Cream Sandwich). It has 10-inch (1,280 x 800 pixels) LED-backlit , Lenovo Mondrian UI and is powered by 1.5GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon 8960 dual core CPU. It is just 8.69mm thick and weighs 580 grams.
