Mi TV Stick 1080p Android TV stick with Bluetooth voice remote announced
At its Ecosystem Global event Xiaomi announced its Mi TV Stick, as expected. It runs Android TV 9.0 and comes with built-in Chromecast that lets you stream 1080p content. It also comes with Mi Voice Remote with Netflix and Prime video shortcuts and Assistant button for easy voice search. Since it comes with Google Play, you can download apps and games easily. Mi True Wireless Earphones 2 Basic with 14.2mm drivers, dual microphones for call noise reduction announced
Xiaomi today introduced the Mi True Wireless Earphones 2 Basic, a cheaper version of the Mi True Wireless Earphones 2 at its Mi Ecosystem event. It comes with Bluetooth 5.0, dual microphones for ENC, which is environmental noise cancellation. It has the same 14.2mm drivers, but only comes with AAC codec and not the LDHC Hi-Res audio codec like AirDots 2 and 2S. It is priced at €39.99 (US$ 45 / Rs. 3,435 approx.) and will be available at an early bird price of €34.99 (US$ 40 / Rs. 3,005 approx.) in select European markets. A new Xiaomi smartphone with the model number M2007J1SC has received 3C certification that reveals that it will come with 120W (20V-6A Max) charger in the box. Towards the end of June, the Indian Government announced it’s plan to ban 59 Chinese apps including TikTok, ShareIt, and Clean Master. Cheetah Mobiles, the company behind Clean Master was in news a few months back when Google decided to pull off quite a few of their apps from Google Play Store including the Antutu benchmark. Apps like Clean Master were popular amongst users which helped in clearing the cache of the phone. To those unaware Cheetah Mobiles is a subsidiary of Kingsoft Corporation. Xiaomi CEO and co-founder Lei Jun has also served as CEO and Chairman of the Kingsoft in the past.
