Xiaomi Mi 8 SE with 5.88-inch FHD+ AMOLED display, Snapdragon 710, 6GB RAM, AI dual rear cameras announced

Xiaomi just announced Mi 8 SE along with the Mi 8 and the Mi 8 Explorer Edition at an event in China. It comes with a 5.88-inch FHD+ AMOLED display from Samsung with a notch 86.12% screen-to-body ratio, is powered by the latest Snapdragon 710 with up to 6GB of RAM, runs Android 8.1 (Oreo) with MIUI 9, has a 12-megapixel rear camera along with a 5-megapixel secondary rear camera to capture depth information for portrait shots with AI and also has intelligent scene detection. It also has the same 20-megapixel front camera with AI portraits and AI beautification and uses pixel binning technology, combining the information from four pixels to create one large 2.0µm pixel.

Xiaomi Mi 8 with 6.21-inch FHD+ AMOLED display, AI dual rear cameras and Mi 8 Explorer Edition with in-display fingerprint sensor, 3D face unlock announced

Xiaomi just announced its flagship Mi 8 smartphone at an event in China, as it had promised. It has a 6.21-inch FHD+ AMOLED display from Samsung with a notch and 88.5% screen-to-body ratio. It has a glass back with an  unique water drop arc design, four curved glass body with 7 series aluminum frame. It is powered by Snapdragon 845 with up to 8GB of RAM  and runs Android 8.1 (Oreo) with MIUI on top. It has a 12-megapixel rear camera with Sony IMX363 sensor, 1.4µm pixel size, OIS, Dual Pixel auto focus and a secondary 12-megapixel rear camera for AI portraits  has AI scene recognition.

Xiaomi is all set to introduce its flagship Mi 8 smartphone, MIUI 10 and Mi Band 3 tomorrow at an event in China. We had already seen some images of the Mi 8, its retail box, and the company has already confirmed that the phone will be powered by Snapdragon 845 SoC. Xiaomi M1805D1SE with 5.84-inch FHD+ display, dual rear cameras, Android 8.1 gets certified, could be Redmi 6 Pro

Xiaomi M1804C3CC, M1804C3DE and M1804C3CE models got certified by TENAA in China last week, which are said to be Redmi 6 and Redmi 6A, now the Xiaomi M1805D1SE has been certified, which is rumored to be released as Redmi 6 Pro. This shows a similar design as the Redmi Note 5 Pro with vertically arranged dual rear cameras and a fingerprint sensor on the back, but this has a notch on the front. Xiaomi Mi Credit offers instant personal loans of up to Rs. 1,00,000

Xiaomi has announced Mi Credit service in partnership with KreditBee for Xiaomi users with MIUI. KreditBee is offering loans from Rs. 1,000 up to Rs. 100,000, and is aimed at young professionals. “The loan can be initiated in less than 10 minutes with a simple KYC verification such as Aadhaar card and PAN card, tenure between 15 days to 90 days with interest rate of 3% per month,” says Xiaomi. Xiaomi smartphones with 5.45-inch 18:9 display, single / dual-rear cameras, Android 8.1 get certified, could be Redmi 6 and Redmi 6A

Xiaomi M1804C3CC, M1804C3DE and M1804C3CE models have been certified by TENAA in China. This reveals  a 5.45-inch HD+ screen, Android 8.1 (Oreo) and 5-megapixel front camera for these smartphones. The M1804C3DE model has dual rear cameras and a fingerprint sensor on the back, so it could be Redmi 6, and the other model without a fingerprint sensor and single rear camera could be Redmi 6A.
