Here are some photos comparing the two variants side by side. Samsung calls the Black version – Black Mist although it is a lot closer to blue in reality. The white is called White Frost and is actually white.

Samsung has announced the Galaxy Core, a new mid-range Android smartphone in the Galaxy series. This has a 4.3-inch (800 x 480 Pixels) LCD capacitive touch screen display, powered by a 1.2 GHz dual-core processor and runs on Android 4.1 (Jelly Bean). It has a 5-megapixel Auto Focus Camera with LED Flash and a 0.3MP (VGA)front-facing camera. It has Smart Stay, Smart Alert and S Voice assistant. This looks like a budget version of the Galaxy S2 Plus that went on sale in India back in March. It would also come in dual SIM variant with Smart dual SIM option, similar to the Galaxy Win that went on sale in India earlier this month. Samsung has started rolling out the Android 4.1.2 (Jelly Bean) update for the Galaxy Chat (GT-B5330) in India. The Galaxy Chat was announced back in July 2012 running Android 4.0 (Ice Cream Sandwich). It was officially launched in India in September 2012. Samsung confirmed Android 4.1 update for range of Galaxy devices last year. Samsung Galaxy S Advance received the Jelly Bean update in India last week. Samsung has officially launched the Galaxy Note 510, their latest tablet in India. It was first announced as the Galaxy Note 8.0 at MWC 2013, and it was unveiled in India as the Note 510 back in March. Samsung started taking pre-orders for the Galaxy Note 510 (GT-N51000) and it went on sale from the official eStore earlier this week. It has a 8.0-inch (1280 × 800 pixels) TFT display, powered by a 1.6 GHz quad-core processor and runs on Android 4.1.2 (Jelly Bean). It also comes with 3G support and voice calling. It’s been barely a week since Samsung launched the Galaxy S4 in India and the device has already got a software update via OTA.The update brings stability improvements to the S4 and looks like an initial bug fix update.The phone is already running on Android 4.2.2 and this looks like a low level firmware update and not an OS update. Samsung launched the Galaxy S4 in India last week. We brought you benchmarks of the Galaxy S4 powered by the Exynos 5 Octa last week. Here we have the results for the Galaxy S4 powered by a Snapdragon 600 processor clocked at 1.9 GHz. The Exynos version uses Samsung’s ARM big.LITTLE architecture with fours Cortex A15 chips clocked at 1.6 GHz and four Cortex A7 chips running at 1.2 GHz. The Exnos 5 Octa chip has a PowerVR SGX544MP3 GPU and the Snapdragon 600 chip has a Adreno 320 GPU. Let’s see how these two phones perform in various benchmark tests. Samsung Galaxy Win Duos and Galaxy Fame Duos got a price tag earlier this week. Both these phones are now available from online retailer Flipkart priced at Rs. 17,900 and Rs. 10,900 respectively . The Samsung Galaxy Win Duos (GT-I8552) is listed on Flipkart as Galaxy Grand Quattro, but not on any other websites. The Samsung Galaxy Win was announced earlier this month and packs a 4.7-inch (800 x 480 Pixels) TFT display and is powered by a 1.2 GHz quad-core processor. The Samsung Galaxy Fame was announced earlier this year and packs a 3.5-inch ( 480 × 320 pixels) capacitive touch screen display and is powered by a 1 GHz processor. Both these phones run on Android 4.1 (Jelly Bean) and have dual SIM support with Always On feature that would forward calls to the other SIM. We were at the Samsung Galaxy S4 India launch event held at a pretty interesting location , the Kingdom of Dreams in Gurgaon near Delhi. Samsung’s 2013 tablet portfolio to include the Galaxy Tab Duos 7.0, the Galaxy Tab 8.0, the Galaxy Tab 11 and the Nexus 11, according to a report from Sammobile. The Galaxy Tab Duos 7.0 would be a dual SIM version of the Galaxy Tab 2 or the Galaxy Tab 3 that was announced earlier today. It is expected to feature a 7-inch (1024×600) PLS LCD display and powered by a dual-core processor. It would be the first dual SIM tablet from Samsung. Alleged Samsung Galaxy Note 3 image has surfaced along with the rumored specifications. According to the Baidu user, the image is a prototype of the Galaxy Note 3, so Samsung might change the design. The Galaxy Note 3 is expected to feature a 5.99-inch (1920 x 1080 pixels) Full HD display, powered by Exynos 5410 Octa with the A15 processor clocked at 2.0 GHz and the A7 processor at 1.7 GHz and run on Android 4.2.2 (Jelly Bean). Not too long ago, Samsung proclaimed in their REX series launch event that they had started to manufacture those range of devices at their manufacturing facility in India. They also proudly touted that the R&D was completely done in-house as well. While the R&D might still take longer for higher end devices, Samsung has announced that their Noida facility will undertake the manufacturing of the Samsung Galaxy S4 real soon, in order to meet demand. The Samsung Galaxy S4 was launched a couple of days back in India and you can see the unboxing of the Exynos 5 Octa Indian version here.

Samsung has announced the Galaxy Tab 3, successor of the Galaxy Tab 2 7.0 that was unveiled last year. This has a similar 7-inch (1024×600) TFT LCD display, but it is powered by a 1.2 GHz dual-core processor and runs on Android 4.1 (Jelly Bean) out of the box. It has a 3-megapixel fixed focus rear-facing camera and 1.3-megapixel front-facing camera. It would come in Wi-Fi only and 3G variants similar to the previous tablets that would also support voice calling. It also comes with better connectivity support.

Samsung unveiled the Galaxy Note 8.0 at the MWC 2013 earlier this year. Samsung announced at the Samsung India Forum 2013 in Hyderabad last month that the tablet would launch in India as Galaxy Note 510. Samsung put the Note 510 for pre-order last week at a price tag of Rs. 30,990. Here we have the benchmarks of the Samsung Galaxy Note 8.0 (GT-N5110), Wi-Fi variant of the tablet. Even though the tablet which we tested didn’t have 3G support, the benchmarks are likely to be similar since these are powered by a Exynos 4 Quad (4412) CPU clocked at 1.6 GHz and a Mali-400 MP4 GPU. Same had used this processor in the Galaxy Note 2 that was launched last year.
