Earlier today Samsung launched the Galaxy NotePRO, the company’s latest tablet with a huge 12.2-inch screen in India at a price tag of Rs. 64,900. We got some hands-on time with the tablet at the Samsung Forum 2014 in Bali, where is launched. It comes with a S Pen stylus that docks on the back of the tablet and has a Wacom Digitizer for pressure sensitive input, just like the previous Galaxy Note 10.1 tablet. It has a 12.2-inch (2560×1600 pixels) WQXGA display, powered by a Octa-Core Exynos 5 processor and runs on Android 4.4 (KitKat) with Samsung’s own Touch Wiz UI on top. Samsung Galaxy Grand Neo Photo Gallery

Samsung announced a few products for the Indian market today and among them is the Samsung Galaxy Grand Neo. Samsung is, off late, adding a “Neo” to its already existing products and with the addition of the tag, it suggests that they are meant for the mid-range and entry range buyers. The Samsung Galaxy Grand Neo has specifications relatively less powerful than the Galaxy Grand 2.

Samsung introduces new LED Components including Reflector-integrated LED flash for Galaxy S5

Samsung has unveiled a range of  LED component solutions, that include two reflector-integrated flash LED packages (3432 1.8t (FH341A) and 3432 1.4t (FH341B) ), a flip-chip flash LED 2016 (FH201A), as well as two side-view LEDs (the 3810 0.6t (MS062F) and 3810 0.8t (MS082F)) for smartphones and tablets. Samsung has just launched the Galaxy Tab 3 Neo, the company’s latest tablet at the Samsung Forum 2014 priced at Rs. 16,490. It was announced as the Galaxy Tab 3 Lite last month and packs a 7-inch (1024×600) TFT LCD display, powered by a 1.2 GHz dual-core processor and runs on Android 4.2 (Jelly Bean) with Samsung’s own TouchWiz UI on top. Samsung has launched the Samsung Galaxy Grand Neo (GT-I9060) in India officially, at the Samsung Forum 2014 in Bali. It went on sale earlier this week and packs a 5-inch (800 x 480 pixels) display, powered by a 1.2 GHz quad-core processor and runs on Android 4.2 (Jelly Bean) OS. Samsung Galaxy NotePRO with 12.2 inch WXGA display launched in India for Rs. 64,900

At CES 2014, Samsung unveiled a lot of Galaxy Note 3 look alike tablets that were huge and had displays as big as 12.2 inches and today they are launching the same in India. The Samsung Galaxy NotePRO is the biggest of the Samsung android tablets and comes with Samsung’s S-Pen functionality.

Samsung Galaxy Note 3 Neo launched in India for Rs. 40900


Samsung has just launched the Galaxy Note 3 Neo in India at the Samsung Forum 2014 in Bali. It went official at the end of last month and packs a 5.5-inch HD Super AMOLED screen, powered by a 1.6 GHz quad-core or a Hexa-Core processor (1.7 GHz Dual Core Cortex A15+ 1.3 GHz Quad Core Cortex A7) and runs on Android 4.3 (Jelly Bean). Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 Neo launched in India for Rs. 16,490

Samsung had kicked off 2014 in style by showcasing the new range of Galaxy Note and Tab Pro tablet series at the CES 2014 in Las Vegas. Today, at the Samsung Southwest Asia Forum 2014, they have announced a couple of additions to their tablet lineup. The tablets that are announced in India are the Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 Neo and Samsung Galaxy Note Pro 12.2.

Samsung launched the Galaxy Core in India last year, but the Galaxy Core LTE comes with LTE connectivity, has a larger high-resolution display and a slightly larger battery. It has a 4.5-inch (960 x 540 Pixels) PLS capacitive touch screen display, powered by a 1.2 GHz dual-core processor and runs on Android 4.2.2 (Jelly Bean). It packs a 5-megapixel Auto Focus rear Camera with LED Flash and a 0.3-megapixel (VGA) front-facing camera, similar to the Galaxy Core, but lacks dual SIM support. Apple and Samsung reportedly fail to reach an agreement in mediation talks

In unsurprising news of this week, a lot of Korean websites and news papers are reporting that top level executives from Samsung and Apple have failed to reach an agreement in their mediation talks. Apple and Samsung have been battling it out in the courts for a long while now, and that’s not a secret. Apple had accused Samsung of various IP infringements including the hotly debated “Trade Dress”, but the Judge had decided to give both the companies the option to resolve their tussle through mediation talks. If the reports are true, those talks just failed and both the companies with be back to the courts, with Samsung defending Apple’s claims again.

Now the Black Galaxy Grand 2 is available in India from the official Samsung India eStore. It has a leather-like back cover similar to the white version. Other specifications are exactly similar to the White one, including a 5.25-inch (1280 x 720 Pixels) capacitive touch screen display, 1.2 GHz quad-core processor and Android 4.3 (Jelly Bean) OS. Samsung launched the Galaxy Mega 5.8 in India last year. The Samsung Galaxy Mega Plus (GT-I9152P) has appeared on the official Samsung China website. It has a 5.8-inch qHD (960 x 540 pixels) capacitive touch screen display, similar to the Mega 5.8, but this one is powered by a 1.2 GHz quad-core processor instead of a 1.4 GHz dual-core processor. It runs on Android 4.2 (Jelly Bean), has a 8MP auto-focus rear camera with LED Flash and a 1.9 MP front-facing camera and packs a 2600 mAh battery.
