The Galaxy On5 is powered by a 1.3GHz quad-core Exynos 3475 processor and has a 8-megapixel rear camera, while the Galaxy On7 is powered by a 1.2GHz quad-core processor Snapdragon 410 processor and has a 13-megapixel rear camera.

Samsung has sent invites for the launch of new smartphones at an event in Delhi tomorrow, November 3rd. According to its recent teaser, these are likely to be Galaxy On5 and Galaxy On7 smartphone in the new On series that went official in China recently. The Galaxy On5 and Galaxy On5 smartphones have 5-inch and 5.5-inch HD displays, respectively. These run on Android 5.1.1 (Lollipop), pack 1.5GB of RAM, 8GB of internal storage with expansion slot, 4G LTE connectivity and dual SIM support.

Samsung has reported its earnings for Q3 2015, in which the company has made operating profit of 7.39 trillion ($6.42 billion) for the quarter that ended September 30, 2015, up 82% from 4.06 trillion won compared to the same quarter last year. It has reported net profit of 5.46 trillion won ($4.8 billion), up 29.38% YoY, on revenues of 51.68 trillion won ($45.6 billion), up 6% quarter-on-quarter (QoQ), driven mainly by its Semiconductor Business and the Display Panel segment.
