The Galaxy S7 has a 5.1-inch Quad HD Super AMOLED always-on display. It is powered by an Octa-Core Exynos 8 Octa 8890 processor and has 4GB of RAM. Running on Android 6.0 (Marshmallow), it has a 5-megapixel camera on the front with f/1.7 aperture.
The fingerprint sensor is embedded into the home button. It has IP68 ratings water and dust resistance and has hybrid dual SIM support that lets you use the second slot as a expansion slot when required. It is currently available only in 32GB variant in India and also comes in Black Onyx and Silver Titanium colors. It is just 7.9mm thick and weighs 152 grams.
The back has glass finish and the phone also has heart rate sensor. It has a 12-megapixel Dual pixel camera with LED flash, f/1.7 aperture, OIS and supports 4K video recording. It has a 3000mAh built-in battery with support for wired and wireless fast charging. The smartphone is available for pre-order through retail stores, official Samsung India site and Flipkart and ships from March 18th.
