LG trademarked the G3 Vista name recently along with the G3 Beat that was spotted in China. Now @evleaks has released the press image of the LG G Vista (VS880) smartphone headed to Verizon in the U.S. along with the specifications. The phone looks like G3 with rear power and lock buttons, but it is more wider. According to the leak, it would come with a 5.7-inch HD display, powered by a quad-core Snapdragon 400 (MSM8926) processor with Adreno 305 GPU and run on Android 4.4 (KitKat). LG has announced that the LG G3’s Smart Keyboard would get a new update this month with new features. LG introduced the Smart Keyboard with the LG G3 and also implemented it the latest G Pad devices that started rolling out last month. The LG Smart Keyboard has adaptive technology that learns as the user types, for faster input with fewer mistakes. It also has an option to adjust the height to fit user’s hands and position of the thumbs. Samsung plans to launch the Galaxy Ace NXT (SM-G313H), an entry-level smartphone in the Galaxy series in India soon. Manish Khatri from Mahesh Telecom reports that the phone would be priced at Rs. 7,399 (MOP) and the MRP would be Rs. 8,550. Samsung unveiled the Galaxy Young 2 (SM-G130H) and Galaxy Star 2 (SM-G130E), entry level smartphones with 3.5-inch HVGA displays, single-core processor and Android 4.4 (KitKat). The L90 dual is powered by a quad-core Snapdragon 400 (MSM8226) ARM Cortex-A7 processor clocked at 1.19 GHz with Adreno 305 GPU. Google removes multiple Google Play Edition devices from Play Store

Google has taken down multiple Google Play Edition devices from the Play Store. Devices like Sony Xperia Z Ultra, LG G Pad 8.3 and HTC One (M7) were taken down from the device section of the Play Store. These handsets along with Samsung Galaxy S4 were out of inventory for some time before they were officially taken down today.

LG announced its latest flagship, the LG G3 back in May. We brought you the unboxing of the device recently, here we have the benchmarks of the smartphone. It is powered by a quad-core Snapdragon 801 (MSM8974) 28nm HPm Krait 400 CPU clocked at 2.46 GHz per core and has Adreno 330 GPU. It comes with a 5.5-inch (2560×1440 pixels) IPS display, 2GB / 3GB RAM and runs on Android 4.4 (KitKat). Our 16GB variant of the LG G3 has 2GB RAM. Check out the synthetic benchmark scores below. LG G Pad 10.1 global roll out begins, coming to US, Europe, Asia and more markets this month

LG unveiled the G Pad 7.0, G Pad 8.0 and G Pad 10.1 in the G Pad series back in May. The LG G Pad 7.0 went on sale starting from Europe last month. Today the company has announced that the G Pad 10.1 would roll out globally starting from this month. The G Pad 10.1 has a 10.1-inch (1280 x 800 pixels) WXGA IPS display, powered by a 1.2 GHz quad-core processor and runs on Android 4.4 (KitKat) with a new flat UI. LG G3 Unboxing and First look

LG’s G3, the company’s latest flagship device, was announced on May 27th, with a quad HD display and laser autofocus touted as its USPs. The much awaited successor to G2 predictably packs bleeding edge specifications, in a bid to compete against other premium flagship devices like the Samsung Galaxy S5 and the HTC One M8. The device, with a 5.5″ display, still follows its predecessor when it comes to being sleeker than usual with a super thin bezel around an amazingly sharp display. Packed to the brim with most wanted features, with even a removable battery and a slot for micro SD cards, the G3 aims to be do-it-all this time, and has fewer compromises for a large set of people. We obviously couldn’t wait for the Indian launch, so we went ahead and got one from our friends at Clove UK, and as with every device we get, here is a video to show you what the device looks like, fresh out of the box –

LG trademarks G3 Beat, G3 Lite, G3 Vigor and G3 Vista

LG had a successful rollout of its flagship phone LG G3 in May. Now, it looks like the company is involved in making other variants of the G3. According to LG’s trademark filing on USPTO, LG has claimed trademark on four more G3 names for next variants of the phone.

LG G3 Prime with Snapdragon 805 UA Profile shows up, passes Bluetooth Certification

LG G3 Prime, an enhanced variant of the LG G3 has been rumored to be in the works for quite sometime now. UA Profile of the LG smartphone with the model number LG-F460L and codenamed Tiger has surfaced online that shows APQ8084, Qualcomm Snapdragon 805 SoC onboard. The LG-F460L that ends in L is expected to head to Korean operator LGU+. The LG-F460S, another variant that is expected to head to SK Telecom (SKT) has passed Bluetooth certification.
