Press shots of the Acer Iconia Tab 7 A1-724, the company’s upcoming tablet with voice calling capabilities surfaced last month. Now the tablet has surfaced on GFXBench database that reveals the specifications of the tablet. According to the listing, the tablet has a 7-inch (1280 x 720 pixels) HD display, 1.2GHz quad-core Snapdragon 410 64-bit SoC with Adreno 306 GPU and Android 4.4.4 (KitKat). Acer, the Taiwanese multinational hardware and electronics corporation is known for its desktop and laptop PCs. The company has entered the mobile space with its tablets and is trying hard to make a name for itself in one of the most profitable segments.
The latest slate from Acer to hit the store shelves is the Iconia A1-713. Acer is promoting the 3G data and voice calling ability of the tablet and calls it one of the best in its price range.
