Xiaomi Mi Smart Water Purifier Long Term Review

Xiaomi has come a long way since they released their first smartphone in India back in 2014. Now, they are known not just for their smartphone, but also for a wide range of products in the smart home market, such as the Home Security Camera 360°, Mi Air Purifier 3, the Mi Smart Water Purifier and many more. We reviewed the Mi Smart Water Purifier back in November 2019, explaining many of the features it offered. It has been nearly a year now since we started using the water purifier for our workplace and here is our long term review.

Avita Liber V14 Review (14-inch FHD display, Intel Core i5 10th Gen, Top Up Web Camera)

The laptop market in India is filled with a plethora of models for consumers to choose from and new brands like Xiaomi have entered the laptop market recently as well. On similar lines, AVITA which is operated by Nexstgo, a Hong Kong-based company forayed the Indian market early last year with its Liber lineup of laptops. The Liber laptops are priced aggressively in India and the specifications on paper seem really good for the price point. AVITA Liber V14 is a new product from the company that is priced at Rs. 39,990 and it packs an Intel Core i5 10th Gen CPU, SSD, aluminum body, and more. OPPO F17 Pro Review

In recent times, OPPO’s F series of smartphones have done quite well in the mid-range market segment in India. At the top end of the F series, OPPO recently announced the F17 Pro, a smartphone with a total of 6 cameras in a very sleek, beautifully designed body. The smartphone is also one of the first few devices to receive OPPO’s latest ColorOS 11, which is based on Android 11. UniFi Dream Machine Review: The ideal networking device for Small office/home office

Choosing a good router/networking device for your home or office is important and several factors including the size of your home/office, number of clients, etc, needs to be taken into consideration. In a typical small office/home office, one would be using different networking devices like router, switch, security gateway, etc. To reduce the clutter and make things easier, Ubiquiti Networks, a California-based company that is known for its networking devices launched its Ubiquiti Dream Machine (UDM) a couple of months back on its India store. It is an all-in-one networking device — High‐Performance Dual-Band 802.11ac 4×4 Wave 2 AP, Managed 4-Port Gigabit Switch, Advanced Security Gateway with Intrusion Detection System/Intrusion Prevention System and Deep Packet Inspection. Jabra Elite Active 75t Review: A worthy competitor?

Jabra has been a leader in audio products for a long time now, for both casual listening and for office spaces. Among the former, the Elite series of headphones and earphones have a strong reputation for quality, both in materials and audio fidelity. The Elite Active 75t is their highest-end truly wireless earbuds, replacing the well-reviewed 65t, designed for listening to music during the gym, when working out and for those with a more active lifestyle. With a price tag of 15,499, it is cheaper than other workout focused earbuds like the Bose SoundSport Free and the Beats Powerbeats Pro, but what compromises did Jabra make? Read on in my review.

Xiaomi Mi Notebook 14 Review: The better option?

When Xiaomi entered the Indian laptop market with the launch of the Mi Notebook, they created quite a stir, offering good specs on a laptop that was well-built and more importantly, priced right. They released two variants — the regular Mi Notebook and the premium Mi Notebook Horizon Edition. I reviewed the Horizon Edition at launch, and I was positively happy with Xiaomi’s first attempt. I did however point out in the review that the top end model did not necessarily have the best bang-for-the-buck. Vivo X50 Pro Review

X50 Pro is vivo’s latest offering under the X-series that was created to satiate the hunger for photography among young people. Shown initially on its 2020 Apex Concept phone, the feature is now a reality in the X50 Pro.

The vivo X50 Pro is the first smartphone to features cutting-edge technology — Gimbal camera system for stable shooting capabilities. In layman terms, the X50 Pro equips a built-in miniature gimbal module that moves in the opposite direction of shaking motions, providing increased stability for the main camera.

Besides, it also packs FHD AMOLED display with 90Hz refresh rate, huge battery, Snapdragon 765G mobile platform and a 33W fast charging technology. With the latest hardware and software packed into this ergonomically great phone, is this device actually worth Rs. 49,990?
