YouTube TV app launched for Android TVs, Xbox One, Apple TV and more

YouTube TV was introduced back in April with content from networks 35 of other cable networks for $35 per month. Using ChromeCast or another streaming device, you can stream the content from your mobile device to your TVs as well as there was no native YouTube TV app. Today the company has finally launched a proper Android TV app; the YouTube TV.

Reliance Jio might stop JioPhone production to launch Android smartphone soon

Reliance Jio’s VoLTE feature phone – JioPhone which was launched back in July went on sale in India in August. The JioPhone is powered by KaiOS, and now the production of the JioPhone has been kept on hold, according to a new report. It is heard that the company is in talks to bring out an Android-based phone.

Starting today, Google will no longer let you get localized search results just by changing country domain-like Google. com for the USA or google.co.uk for the UK. The company said that it will now offer search results that are relevant to your location no matter which domain you are opening.

Google extends warranty for Pixel 2 and Pixel 2 XL to two years worldwide

After confirming that it is actively investigating reports of screen burn-in issue of the Pixel 2 XL, Google today has announced that both the Pixel 2 and Pixel 2 XL come with a two-year warranty at no extra cost. India’s smartphone shipments cross 40 million in Q3 2017, becomes second largest smartphone market: Canalys

After a slight downfall in the Q2 2017,  smartphone market in India has recovered quickly with shipments growing 23% year on year in Q3 2017. A total of 40 million units were sold in India just in Q3 2017 and for the first time, India has overtaken the U.S. to become the second largest second largest smartphone market after China, according to the latest report from Canalys.
