NTT Docomo to develop mobile phone chips with Samsung, Panasonic and others

Japan’s largest telecom operator NTT Docomo has announced that they have made an agreement with five companies, Fujitsu, Fujitsu Semiconductor, NEC Corporation, Panasonic Mobile Communications and Samsung Electronics to create a joint venture company by the end of March 2012 that would develop and sell semiconductor products for mobile devices. USPTO rejects 17 out of the 21 claims of the ‘476 patent between Oracle and Google
We all know about the patent war between Apple and all the Android manufacturers but there is another patent war going on between Oracle and Google from a long time.
