When HTC launched new devices at MWC, we were expecting that they will also launch the HTC Pyramid, which is a dual-core phone and comes with some good features. Then CTIA came but still no sign of it but now it looks like they are getting ready to launch it because they are holding a press event in London,UK on 12 April.
Verizon Wireless is the largest mobile phone network in USA and in the past few years, they have launched several good devices. Back in 2009, they launched their first ever Android device which is known as the Motorola Droid, also one of the most selling Android devices in USA. NTT DOCOMO which is the leading Japanese Mobile operator is already an investor in Tata Teleservices and the Tata Docomo brand is a result of the joint partnership. Now the Japanese company plans to make an additional investment in the Indian mobile market as it plans to invest around 8 billion rupees ( 14.6 billion yen). SPB Mobile Shell is one of the essential applications I have on my Nokia N8 and previously on my older Windows Mobile phones. It is a replacement application launcher that works not only quicker and better than Nokia’s default homescreen, but also in a way that makes the device much more pleasant to use. So when SPB asked if I wanted to try out the beta for SPB Shell 3D for Android, I seized the chance. It is hard getting excited about applications these days, more so mobile applications, but I truly had high hopes for SPB.
