Gionee launched the Elife S5.1, the company’s thinnest smartphone in India yesterday at a price tag of Rs. 18,999. It is the successor of the Gionee Elife S5.5 that was launched earlier this year. This even holds a Guinness record for the world’s slimmest smartphone, but it is now dethroned by the Oppo R5 that is just 4.85mm thick.
