Wickedleak Wammy One

Wickedleak has launched Wammy One, the company’s latest smartphone with an octa-core processor. It has a 5-inch (1280 x 720) HD IPS display based on one-glass-solution (OGS), is powered by a octa-core MediaTek processor and runs on Android 4.4 (KitKat). It has a 8-megapixel rear camera with LED flash and a 5-megapixel front-facing camera.

It also has dual SIM support, similar to other Wickedleak smartphones. It also comes with optional Aquaprotect Water Resistant Technology at Rs. 1,500 extra that would let the smartphone sustain for more than 30 minutes in water.

Commenting on the new launch, Aditya Mehta, CEO, Wickedleak Inc. said

We are extremely happy and proud to launch Wickedleak Wammy One. We are targeting the masses by launching the smartphone at a very affordable price. Now gaming, watching movies and online videos will be an altogether new experience for users. We have brought down the price to offer better value to our users by monetizing the Android OS. This is in line with our future strategy and vision. We want to sell hardware at cost price by monetizing the software of a smartphone as we enter into strategic partnerships with app development companies.
