ZTE has announced Blade L3, the company’s latest smartphone in the L series. It has a 5-inch (960 x 540 pixels) display, is powered by a 1.3GHz quad-core MediaTek processor and runs on Android 5.0 (Lollipop) out of the box. It has a 8-megapixel rear camera with LED flash and a 2-megapixel front-facing camera. Google has announced earnings for Q4 of 2014. The company’s revenue for Q4 was $18.1 billion, up from $16.86 billion one year ago, and net income of $4.76 billion was up 40 percent over a year ago, when the company pulled in $3.38 billion in profits.

We’re currently in Shenzhen on a tour of Huawei’s Chinese factories and operations and the company has confirmed to us today that they plan to launch new wearable devices at MWC 2015. The company hasn’t confirmed exact details but according to a slide we’ve seen from the PR Director, the wearable plans potentially include a smartwatch running on the Android Wear operating system, a Huawei companion application and a platform to run their wearable devices. Videocon has launched Infinium Z40Q Star and Infinium Z50Q Star, two new budget Android smartphones in the Infinium series. The Infinium Z40Q Star has a 4-inch WVGA, while the Infinium Z50Q Star comes with a 5-inch FWVGA display.
