Oculus has started shipping the first Rift for pre-orders, after nearly four years of crowdfunding, developer kits and acquisition by Facebook. It started taking pre-orders starting from January 6th and costs $599. Oculus already said that 30 VR games will be launching with Rift on March 28th. In the tests IPX1 & IPX2 water resistance first against dripping water, IPX5 water resistance against water jets and IPX7 & IPX8 water resistance against continuous submersion in water.
