Indian smartphone shipments fell 6% YoY in Q3 2022: Canalys

The Canalys research firm has released Indian smartphone shipments report for Q3 2022. According to the research firm, India’s smartphone shipments fell by 6% YoY and were able to ship 44.6 million units. The festival season sale, which began in the last few weeks of the quarter, saved the total shipment percentage, while entry-level device contribution declined this year. Samsung announces 200MP ISOCELL HPX sensor

Samsung has announced the ISOCELL HPX, a new 200MP sensor, in China. This follows the June announcement of the ISOCELL HP3 200MP sensor. The ISOCELL HPX has 0.56-micron pixel size, which can reduce the camera module area by 20%, making the smartphone body thinner and smaller. Google Messages gets replies, YouTube PiP, emoji reactions
