BlackBerry Priv, the company’s first Android smartphone with a slide-out Keyboard is now available for pre-order in the US, Canada and UK, as expected. It packs a 5.4-inch Quad HD AMOLED  display, is powered by an Hexa-core Snapdragon 808 processor and runs on Android 5.1.1 (Lollipop) with BlackBerry’s own features and apps, including DTEK by BlackBerry for Android that lets you know when your privacy could be at risk so you can take action to improve it. It has an 18-megapixel rear camera with dual tone LED flash, OIS, phase-detection auto-focus (PDAF) and a 2-megapixel front-facing camera. BlackBerry Priv official listings surface, reveals detailed specs, price and release date

BlackBerry Priv was confirmed by CEO John Chen last month. BlackBerry officially confirmed some of the specifications of the smartphone, and even posted a demo video showing the keyboard in action. BlackBerry Priv (STV100-1) surfaced on the official BlackBerry Shop in the US and Canada few hours back, revealing the complete specifications of the smartphone, before it was pulled. A user in CrackBerry forum (Via) has listed the specifications and also posted screenshots of the page. We had already seen several press renders and videos of the upcoming BlackBerry Venice smartphone, now live images have surfaced (via) showing the smartphone from different angles. It also shows the smartphone running on Android Lollipop, but this is still a prototype, and the final version will run on forked version of Lollipop with important BB10 features and its own apps to differentiate the phone from other Android devices.
