Nokia at the CES 2017 last week reportedly showed off a new smartphone prototype codenamed Supreme, which could be introduced as Nokia 8 at the MWC in Barcelona next month. According to a report, the phone is expected come in two versions, one with a Snapdragon 835 processor, 6GB RAM and a 24-megapixel rear camera with Optical Image Stabilization (OIS) along with EIS 3.0, while the other version would come with a Snapdragon 821 processor, 4GB RAM and an unkown rear camera. Earlier this week two foldable smartphones – Galaxy X1, Galaxy X1 Plus with model numbers -SM-X9000 and SM-X9050 surfaced in China. Now a new report from South Korea says that the Samsung is expected to release more than 100,000 units of these devices in Q3 2017.

Xiaomi is reportedly working on Mi 6, successor of the Mi 5. A new leak has revealed that the Mi 6 will come in two variants – one with dual curved display and other with a flat screen display. The Xiaomi Mi 6 could have 4G of RAM and a flat screen display, while the Mi 6 Pro could have 6GB of RAM and a curved display. It looks like Xiaomi is taking cue from Samsung Galaxy S7 and S7 Edge.

HTC is all set to introduce One X10 this quarter as the successor of One X9 that was introduced back in December 2015, according to @evleaks. According to the rumor, the phone will come with a 5.5-inch 1080p display, similar to the predecessor, but this is said to be powered by MediaTek Helio P10 processor, similar to the Desire 10 Pro. Nokia is making a comeback next year with two new Android phones. We have already seen renders of the Nokia D1C smartphone earlier this month and now we have a blurry live image of the phone. Along with D1C, Nokia E1 Android smartphone has also surfaced in live images.
Few months back there we reports that Samsung is working on Galaxy C5 Pro (SM-C5010) and Galaxy C7 Pro (SM-C7010) smartphones. The Galaxy C7 Pro surfaced on AnTuTu and Geekbench listings, now the Galaxy C7 Pro along with the Galaxy C5 Pro have been certified by TENAA in China. However some specs like the processor and camera details are not available for the C5 Pro, but these phones are expected share similar specifications. Xiaomi is reportedly working on Mi S, a smaller version of the Mi 5S that was introduced recently. This is said to pack almost similar internals such as Snapdragon 821 SoC, 4GB RAM, 12MP rear camera with Sony IMX378 sensor, 4MP front-facing camera and 128GB of internal storage, but this will have a smaller 4.6-inch 1080p display with 478 PPI pixel density and a smaller 2600mAh built-in battery. Apple is discussing its plans to manufacturing its products in India with government officials, according to a latest report from The Wall Street Journal. The report also says that in a letter to the government last month, the company outlined its plans and sought financial incentives to move ahead.
