It packs in a 10.1-inch WXGA (1280 x 800 pixel) TFT display, 1.4 GHz quad-core processor and runs on Android 4.0(Ice Cream Sandwich). HTC, in partnership with Tata Docomo launched the Desire VC, Dual SIM (GSM + CDMA) phone earlier this month. Now Tata Docomo has announced details about the double talk time and free data offers for the phone. They offer 2GB free data per month for 1 year and double talk time (Rs.398) for 3 billing cycles for post-paid users with the new Diet 199 plan. New Pre-paid users would get Double Talk time on select recharges for 180 days and 1 GB of free data per month for 6 months. Existing users get 1 GB of free data per month for 6 months.
