Gameloft has finally released the company’s latest game Gangstar Vegas for iPhone and iPad. The game was teased in the official video back in May. It is an open-world action game that goes through a story mode which has 80 levels. You can access several weapons, upgrade your skills, perform stunts, drive several vehicles and more. Fruit Ninja for Android has been updated to version 1.8.6 that brings lot of new features including local multiplayer support for tablets (7-inch and above), 8 new blades, 7 new backgrounds, new power-ups and pomegranate fruit. Get deals from the new travelling merchant Gutsu and Truffles. Some of these features are already available for the iPhone and iPad.
Jetpack Joyride was released for Windows Phone 8 recently. Temple: Run Brave is finally available for the Windows Phone 8 devices. Imangi studios, popular for the Temple Run game has launched the game in partnership with Disney/Pixar. The game released for Android and iOS devices back in June last year. This game would let you Play Temple Run and shoot arrows as Merida in the beautiful world of Disney Pixar’s movie Brave. Gameloft has released the first trailer of the Modern Combat 5, the next First Person Shooter (FPS) game in the Modern Combat franchise for E3 2013. This would definitely have better graphics and animations than the previous versions and the places from the trailer also seem interesting. Months and years after making its presence felt on other platforms, including Windows 8, the Halfbrick hit game “Jetpack Joyride” has finally landed on the Windows Phone 8 store. It is incredibly frustrating that the Windows Phone 8 version took nearly 8 months after launching on Windows 8, and we thought Windows Phone 8 shared code with its parent. But anyways, the game is finally here and it’s free. The “endless runner + Helicopter” style gameplay is incredibly addictive and the power ups are worth playing for.

PopCap games announced back in August 2012 that a Plants vs. Zombies sequel would be released in Spring 2013. The company teased the game last month calling it Plants vs. Zombies 2: It’s About Time and saying that the game would be available in July 2013. Now the game trailer is finally here. The game would have new worlds with new levels, plants, zombies and new ways to play added gradually. Check out the official game trailer below.

Rovio, the creators of the popular Angry Birds franchise has announced Accounts that would let you sync the progress of your game online so that you can start a game on a device, and continue it on another device. If there are several users on the same device, they can all have their own saved game. You can also combine saved games from several devices. PopCap games announced back in August 2012 that a Plants vs. Zombies sequel would be released in Spring 2013. But there was no sign of it. Now PopCap has officially announced a sequel Plants vs. Zombies 2: It’s About Time would launch in July 2013. The first Plants vs. Zombies game was one of the popular games in various platforms including iOS, Android, BlackBerry, Windows Phone and more. Gameloft has released a teaser for their upcoming game Gangstar Vegas. It is an open-world action game, just like the GTA franchise. Rockstar games released the Grand Theft Auto: Vice City game for Android and iOS last year to celebrate the 10th anniversary of game, and the Grand Theft Auto III was released back in 2011. Gameloft released the Iron Man 3 game for Android and iOS recently as a free game, but this is likely to be released as at a premium price just like GTA.

Rovio has announced that the most popular Angry Birds game would be available for Windows Phone devices for free till 15th May 2013. The Angry Birds game for Windows Phone 8 has over 400 levels and has Xbox Live integration with new achievements and leaderboards! Amazing Alex is the latest game from Rovio to arrive for Windows Phone 8 devices. Both the Angry Birds Star Wars and Angry Birds Space were released for Windows Phone devices last year. Rovio has released the Angry Birds Friends for Android, iPhone and iPad as they announced last month. Angry Birds Friends was released on Facebook last year. It has new weekly tournaments that would let you win bronze, silver and gold crown on the levels, play new weekly levels and earn power-ups through tournament mode. There are also daily rewards and option to send and receive gifts of power-ups with your friends. You can also share details about your accomplishments with friends. In this game you play as the billionaire Tony Stark / Iron Man who fights A.I.M. forces around the world to prevent their dark schemes from succeeding. ZeptoLab, the creators of popular game Cut the Rope has launched the Cut the Rope: Time Travel a new game in the Cut the Rope series. In this game Om Nom stumbles upon a time travel machine and is using it to go back in time and discover his roots, teaming up with his candy-chomping kin along the way. Cut the Rope was first launched in October 2010, Cut the Rope Experiments was launched for iPhone and iPad on August 2011, which was released on Android last March.
