According to the rumors, Apple may unveil its next generation at an Apple event on June 22 at Yerba Buena Center for Arts in San Francisco. However, Apple’s hasn’t officially confirmed the launch date.
We have already posted that Apple may launch two different versions of iPhone this year. The next generation iPhone maybe named as iPhone HD while a CDMA version may be launched for Verizon. Apple has broken sales records of the iPhone with the iPad selling over 300,000 iPads in the first few days and during the iPhone 4.0 OS event , the number stood at 450,000. Many of those 4.5 lac iPads are shipping out of the us through unofficial channels.Apple iPad is already selling in grey markets in India and it’s available on Ebay too. But the price of the iPad in India is almost the cost of 2 iPads. The price was insane initially but has stabilized a bit, still not realistic.

While we are a tad disappointed that Microsoft PINK aka KIN Phones launched in USA today on Verizon’s network. But now a tweet from Vodafone UK confirms that the KIN is indeed going to be available in UK too soon.
The KIN2 is the widescreen , fully loaded version of the KIN1 and here are some official photos of the KIN2 or KIN TWO. The Kin phones pack the KIN Loop homescreen as you can see above and makes sharing information between your friends very easy . Facebook, MySpace and Twitter is integrated into the device.

The app is currently priced at $2.99 but going forward the app will be totally free as it will become the Official iPhone Twitter client and will be called Twitter for iPhone
