Samsung launched the  Galaxy S4 mini (GT-I9192) in India last week at a price tag of Rs. 27,990. It is now available for pre-order from the official eStore. It has a 4.3-inch (960 × 540 pixels) qHD Super AMOLED display, powered by a 1.7 GHz dual-core processor and runs on Android 4.2.2. Jelly Bean with Samsung’s own Nature UX. Vodafone India launches retail concept store in Mumbai


Vodafone India has launched Innovative Design retail concept at its store in Mumbai. This is the first Innovative Design concept store in India, and is based on a Global Design Concept  in international markets like London. The store is located at its corporate office premises at Lower Parel, Mumbai. The Innovative Design retail concept is in line with Vodafone’s Retail of Tomorrow initiative to deliver unique and superior retail experience to its customers. BlackBerry Q5 launching in India tomorrow

BlackBerry launched the Q10, the first BlackBerry 10 smartphone with a QWERTY keyboard last month at a hefty price tag of Rs. 44,990. The company is all set to launch the Q5, a budget version of the Q10 in India tomorrow, July 16th. The BlackBerry Q5 was announced at the BlackBerry Live event in Orlando last month. It packs a 3.1-inch (720 x 720 pixels) capactive touch screen IPS display at 330 PPI pixel density and has a 35-key QWERTY physical keyboard similar to the Q10. Panasonic launched the P51, the company’s flagship smartphone in India recently, which we reviewed back in May. Now a new smartphone in the P Series, P11 is available for pre-order from online retailer Flipkart. The P11 has a 5-inch (1280 x 720 pixels) HD IPS display and is powered by a 1.2 GHz quad-core processor similar to the P51 and runs on Android 4.2 (Jelly Bean). The company also plans to launch the T11 in the new T Series which would come with a 4-inch WVGA  (480×800 pixels) display, powered by a 1.2 GHz quad-core processor and runs on Android 4.2 (Jelly Bean). Now E-Tab Z7C+ (Connect+), successor of the Connect tablet has appeared on online retail sites Flipkart and Saholic. It comes with a 7.0-inch (800 × 480 pixels) capacitive touch screen display, powered by a 1 GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon processor and runs on Android 4.0 (Ice Cream Sandwich). It has a 2-megapixel rear camera and a 0.3-megapixel (VGA)  front-facing camera. It has a SIM card slot that offers 3G connectivity and voice calling support. Micromax unveiled the Canvas 4 A210, the company’s flagship smartphone at an event in Delhi earlier this week.  We brought you the first hands-on impressions of the device from the event. Here we have the device for unboxing. It comes in Pristine White & Smoky Grey colors, and we have the White colored phone with us. The phone features a 5-inch (1280 x 720 pixels) HD IPS display with corning gorilla glass protection. It is powered by quad-core MediaTek 6589 chip clocked at 1.2 GHz with PowerVR SGX544 MP2 GPU. It runs on Android 4.2.1 (Jelly Bean).

LG Optimus L4 II Dual now available in India for Rs. 8990


The LG Optimus L4 II Dual (E445) that got priced on the official LG India website last month is now available in India from online retailers Flipkart and Infibeam. The L4 II dual was announced back in May along with the Optimus L4 II. It has a 3.8-inch (320 x 480 pixels) capacitive touch screen IPS display, powered by a 1 GHz MediaTek MT6575 and runs on Android 4.1 (Jelly Bean).
