Redmi Router AX5400 with Wi-Fi 6 802.11ax, Mesh networking support announced

Along with the Redmi K50G, the company also introduced the Redmi Router AX5400, its first gaming router. This has 2.5G ethernet port which can be used for gaming specifically or external NAS device plug-ins. The Wi-Fi 6 route features 16 million-color RGB lighting effects and game acceleration plug-ins. It is also hybrid Mesh network compatible with all Xiaomi Wi-Fi 6 routers, allowing users to achieve ideal network coverage at home. Redmi K50G with 6.67″ FHD+ 120Hz OLED display, Snapdragon 8 Gen 1, quad speakers, magnetic gaming triggers announced

Redmi just announced the Redmi K50G, the company’s latest top-end gaming phone in the K series in China, as it had promised. It has a 6.67-inch FHD+ flexible OLED screen from CSOT with 120Hz high refresh rate, 480Hz touch sampling rate, 1,920Hz PWM color adjustment, TrueColor and MEMC technology. It is powered by Snapdragon 8 Gen 1, has a 4860mm² large dual vapor chambers and large-area graphite to keep the temperature down. Redmi Note 10 MIUI Software Update Tracker [Update: Android 12 based MIUI 13 Update Rolling Out for Pilot Testers in India]

Xiaomi launched the Redmi Note 10 along with Redmi Note 10 Pro, and Redmi Note 10 Pro Max smartphones in India back in March 2021. All the Redmi Note 10 series smartphones came pre-loaded with Android 11 based MIUI 12. Xiaomi has started rolling out MIUI 13, based on Android 12, for the Redmi Note 10 in India and other regions.

Redmi K50 Gaming Edition with Snapdragon 8 Gen 1, gaming triggers to be announced on February 16

After teasers, Redmi today confirmed the launch of Redmi K50 Gaming Edition smartphone in China on February 16th. The teaser image shows a similar design as last year’s K40 Gaming Edition with magnetic gaming triggers, triple rear cameras with RGB lighting near the camera module. Last year, Redmi confirmed that it will launch a Redmi K50 series phone powered by the Dimensity 9000 in 2022.
