OnePlus 5T renders surfaced in China earlier this month. Now the first clear press render has surfaced, thanks to @evleaks aka Evan Blass. The image reveals only the top part of the phone at an angle that shows minimal bezels on the top along with a large camera sensor, a SIM slot and a power button on the right side. OnePlus finally rolled out the Android 8.0 (Oreo) update for the OnePlus 3 and OnePlus 3T smartphones in the previous Open Beta update. Now it has released new Oreo-based open betas (Beta 17 for OnePlus 3T and Beta 26 for OnePlus 3) that brings back the Feedback app, improvements to WiFi, data connectivity, NFC, stability of Picture in Picture along with several bug fixes.

OnePlus has been in the news for quite some time since we first heard about the possibilities of OnePlus 5T. Though it is heard that OnePlus might not be launching the T-variant of the OnePlus 5 and directly launch OnePlus 6 early next year, now it looks like the company has had a change of plans. OnePlus has finally started testing Android 8.0 (Oreo) for its OnePlus 3 smartphone, according to Android Police. OnePlus founder and CEO, Pete Lau already confirmed that the OnePlus 3 and 3T will get Android Oreo update later this year and recently the company’s Head of Product said that Android O will be the last Android version update the phones will get.
