OnePlus 3 Soft Gold version to roll out from July 26, launching in India soon

OnePlus has finally announced the roll out details of the Soft Gold version of the OnePlus 3 smartphone, as it had promised last month. It will first release in the US from tomorrow, June 26th and will roll out in Europe, Hong Kong and Canada from August 1st. OnePlus said that the new variant will be available in limited quantities so you will have to be quick to order one immediately after the sale begins.

OnePlus 3 OxygenOS 3.2.1 with improvements and bug fixes starts rolling out

OnePlus has started rolling out OxygenOS 3.2.1 for the OnePlus 3 smartphone, after it paused the OxygenOS 3.2.0 roll out due to some unknown reasons. This has the same changelog as the previous update that includes new sRGB mode in the developer options to tone down the colors shown by the phone, improved RAM management, improvements for GPS performance, camera quality and more. OnePlus has finally started rolling out the most expected update that that brings new sRGB mode in the developer options that will tone down the colors shown by the phone and also improved RAM management that fixes the issue that cleared apps from its memory despite having 6GB of RAM. This will also offer faster game loading times. The update also brings improvements for GPS performance, camera quality and more. Check out the complete changelog below. OnePlus 3 Soft Gold version coming in late July

OnePlus 3 Soft Gold

OnePlus launched its flagship OnePlus 3 smartphone in Graphite and Soft Gold colors earlier this week. The Graphite variant of the smartphone went on open sale in several countries without invites soon after the launch, but the company said that it will launch the Soft Gold version in a later date. Now the company’s co-founder Carl Pei has confirmed that the Soft Gold variant will go on sale sometime in late July.

OnePlus launched its flagship OnePlus 3 smartphone a few hours back. We already brought you the review of the smartphone. Here we have the battery life test results of the phone. It packs a 3,000mAh built-in battery and also comes with new Dash charge technology that can charge the phone up to 63% in just 30 minutes using the bundled Dash Charge charger(5V-4A). The phone has a 5.5-inch 1080p AMOLED screen, is powered by a Snapdragon 820 SoC and runs on Android 6.0 (Marshmallow) with Oxygen OS. Check out the test results.
