Google launches free RailWire Wi-Fi in 9 more stations across India

Indian Railways, RailTel and Google launched free WiFi at the Mumbai Central station earlier this year. Today Google announced that RailWire Wi-Fi is now available in 9 more train stations – Bhopal, Bhubaneshwar, Ernakulam Jn, Kacheguda, Pune, Raipur, Ranchi, Vijayawada and Vishakhapatnam in India. Google said that Mumbai Central’s free Wi-Fi now serves more than 100,000 people every week, and the launch of Wi-Fi in these stations will offer access to over 1.5 million Indians every day. Google Play Music Podcast expected to launch on April 18

Google had announced back in October last year that it will be bringing Podcasts to Play Music soon and Podcasters can start uploading their shows to Play Music via a new portal. Even though the feature went live only for some users few weeks back, now NPR has sent out an email to members announcing that their podcasts will be available on Google Play Music, which will launch podcasts next Monday, April 18th. Android N Developer Preview 2 with Vulkan API, new emojis, Launcher shortcuts released

Google released developer preview images for Android ‘N’, the next major Android release last month, ahead of Google I/O 2016 in May. The update brought Multi-window support, Notification enhancements, Data Saver, Background optimizations and more new features. Now it has released the Preview 2 for compatible Nexus devices. This update brings several new features, including Unicode 9 emojis and also fixes few bugs that were present in the first release.
