Google has launched a new Featured Photos screen saver app for Mac that comprises of high-resolution photography from Google+ members. These images are already available for Chromecast or Android TV devices.

Last month, Google launched Wallpaper app for Android devices that was already available for Pixel devices at the time of launch. Now according to Google it has also added these photos into that Wallpapers app along with the Mac screen saver. The photos are attributed to their photographers so you can find and follow them once you like on Google+. Once installed, ‘Google Featured’ will appear as an option in the Desktop & Screen Saver preferences window. Users will be able to use the native settings to control when a wallpaper starts.

The Featured Photos app works only as a screen saver and comes with native Mac integration.
