Google has started rolling out new over-the-air (OTA) update for Pixel and Nexus devices and also posted factory images as part of monthly Android Security release. The update for this month also includes only one functional improvement that improves consistency of Wi-Fi connections with certain routers in Pixel 2 and Pixel 2 XL. YouTube TV introduced a picture-in-picture mode with Android 8.0 Oreo back in November and has also extended to its Premium and Music services. US-based Kai Technologies, mobile operating system provider for feature phone like the popular JioPhone and Nokia 8110 4G, today announced that it has received $22 million Series A investment from Google. In addition to the investment, Google and KaiOS have also agreed to work together to make the Google Assistant, Google Maps, YouTube, and Google Search available to all KaiOS users.

Google is rolling out a new update to its Camera application bringing the version number to 5.2.025, and this brings the much talked Google Lens integration to Pixel and Nexus phones.
