Twitter today announced financial results for its second quarter 2018. The company’s Q2 revenue totaled $711 million that is a solid increase of 24% year-over-year. Facebook today has introduced a new experience called Watch Party to all Facebook Groups, after testing it earlier this year. It is a new way for people to watch videos on Facebook together in real time. Facebook today reported financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2018. The company has reported a total revenue of $13,231 million with a 42% growth compared to the $9,321 million from the same time last year. Twitter today has announced that between April and June 2018, removed more than 143,000 apps that violated the policies. The company also announced its efforts to stop malicious apps from entering the platform and remove problematic apps to limit the access these apps have on the platform in the first place.
