Facebook said to testing ‘Unsend’ message feature months after confirming

Back in April, Facebook, CEO, Mark Zuckerberg retracted messages from the recipients’ inboxes which some saw it as a violation of trust and abuse of power since Facebook Messenger doesn’t have an unsend button. There was a security breach in Facebook two weeks ago that allowed hackers to control 50 million accounts and the company today is sharing more details about the attack. The attackers said to have exploited a vulnerability in Facebook’s code that existed between July 2017 and September 2018. The company says according to Ipsos survey of stories users commissioned by Facebook IQ, 68% of people say they use stories on at least three apps regularly, and 63% plan to use stories more in the future.
