HP officially announced the HP Veer at Mobile World Congress which is the smallest WebOS phone and the size of the phone is almost equal to a size of credit card. Keyboard-less webOS phone leaked, Pre 3 headed to Verizon

WebOS was announced by Palm back in January 2009, and last year it was acquired by HP. Back in February, HP officially announced several new devices which include their first ever webOS tablet Touchpad and successor to Pre 2 known as Pre 3. HP TouchPad Live Pics and Hands On Video

We had the chance to get close to the HP TouchPad Tablet running on webOS during MWC and although the device was a prototype , it was super impressive. It was really interesting to see webOS on a large screen and multitasking rocked on the TouchPad ( watch video below). the 9.7 inch display was utilized pretty well by the card interface of webOS

The HP Veer is the most tiny smartphone we are seen in recent times and it runs webOS and almost identical specs wise to the Pre 3 apart from the smaller display and  keyboard. We loved the Sony X10 Mini and Pro and we are surely loving the form factor of the Veer. The Veer was announced on Feb 9th in USA and we got a chance to play with this handset during MWC in Barcelona

HP officially announced the new webOS 2.0. Palm Pre 2 is the first device, which will run on the HP’s latest operating system. HP re-branded the platform to HP webOS and dropped “Palm” from its branding.

HP re-branded the platform to HP webOS and dropped “Palm” from its branding. It comes with some amazing features such as True Multitasking, JustType, Exhibition and more. The new HP Synergy feature in the webOS allows you to connect multiple web services on the go. HP Synergy currently supports sign in to Facebook, Google, Microsoft Exchange, LinkedIn and Yahoo accounts. The latest version of webOS also supports the beta of Adobe Flash Player 10.1 in the browser, which allows you to access to rich web contents. Check out the press release below.
