ZTE Axon 40 Ultra with 6.8″ FHD+ 120Hz AMOLED display, Snapdragon 8 Gen 1, triple 64MP cameras, under-display camera and Axon 40 Pro announced

ZTE just announced Axon 40 Ultra, the company’s latest flagship smartphone in China, as it had promised. It has a 6.8-inch Full HD+ 120Hz refresh rate 71° curved AMOLED screen from BOE with 100% DCI-P3 color gamut, 10-bit color depth and 1.07 billion colours. There is 1440Hz high-frequency PWM dimming that reduces brightness fluctuations, effectively reduces flicker, and effectively improves visual fatigue caused by using the phone in a dark light environment. This screen has also been certified by TUV Rheinland for low blue light eye protection. Infinix partners with Marvel Studios for Note 12 Series; India launch expected on May 20

Motorola next foldable RAZR ‘Maven’ live images surface

Motorola is expected to release a new Razr-series clamshell device this year. According to @evleaks / 91moblies, the forthcoming Razr clamshell is codenamed “Maven.” The report has also disclosed live shots of the device to provide a first glimpse of its presence. The soon-to-be released Motorola Razr (Maven) looks pretty similar to last year’s Samsung Galaxy Z Flip3. The device has a slightly boxy as well as squarish aesthetic, and it lacks a chin, unlike past Razr clamshells. The fingerprint sensor is now located on the side, incorporated into the power button. vivo X80 Pro with 6.78″ QHD+ 120Hz LTPO AMOLED display, Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 and vivo X80 with Dimensity 9000 announced for global markets

vivo today announced its flagship X80 and X80 Pro smartphones for the global markets, after the phones were introduced in China last month. The phones feature a 6.78-inch 120Hz curved E5 AMOLED screen. The X80 has an FHD+ screen with an optical fingerprint scanner, and the Pro has a Quad HD+ screen with ultrasonic fingerprint scanner. The X80 is powered by Dimensity 9000 SoC, and the X80 Pro is powered by Snapdragon 8 Gen 1.
