Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 could use four-cluster architecture

Qualcomm introduced the Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 last year, and the Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 was introduced last month as a minor upgrade offering a slight increase in performance. It should release the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 (SM8550) next year. According to leaker Digital Chat Station, Qualcomm might switch from 1+3+4 tri-cluster architecture to 1+2+2+3 architecture. Meta halts development of smartwatch and commercial release of AR glasses

Meta, the parent company of Facebook and Instagram, has reportedly halted the development of their smartwatch and has also decided to limit the release of their AR headset to developers. The two decisions are part of the company’s larger move to scale back their investments in their Reality Labs hardware and AR/VR division.

Lenovo has launched Tab P12 Pro, the company’s latest top-end tablet in India, after it was announced last year. It has a 12.6-inch 2K AMOLED display with 120Hz refresh rate. iPadOS 16 Stage Manager will be supported only on M1 iPads

iPadOS 16 is one of the biggest updates to iPadOS in recent times, filled with features for multitasking and making it more PC-like. Among these updates is Stage Manager, which allows users to resize tabs, reorder them, and group multiple apps together. Unfortunately, it appears to only be supported on iPad models powered by the M1 chip.
