Xiaomi introduced MIUI 8 at global launch event in June and rolled out MIUI 8 global beta ROM for Redmi Note (3G and 4G), Redmi Note Prime, Redmi 2 and Mi Max (32GB) smartphones last month. Now the company has confirmed that it will roll out the stable ROM for Redmi 1S, Mi 2/2S, Mi 4i, Redmi Note 3G, Redmi Note 4G starting from August 23rd. Sony recently scheduled an event on September 7th in New York to introduce a new PlayStation console with faster processor, improved graphics and 4K support. This is said to be called the PlayStation 4 Neo. Now images of a new slim PlayStation console has surfaced in an online auction that is said to be called the PlayStation 4 slim. According to WSJ, this will be unveiled along with the PS4 Neo next month.
Samsung had already launched the Galaxy C5 and C7 smartphone in China and now the company is gearing up to announce the Galaxy C9 smartphone.

Gionee has launched S6s, the company’s latest smartphone in the ‘S series’. It has a 5.5-inch 1080p 2.5D curved glass display, is powered by an Octa-Core Mediatek MT6753 processor and runs on Android 6.0 (Marshmallow). The main highlight of the smartphone is its 8-megapixel front-facing camera with selfie flash. It also has a 13-megapixel rear camera with Sony IMX258 sensor along with PDAF that lets you focus in 0.3 seconds and a fingerprint sensor on the back.
