Spotify testing offline local storage music playback on Android app

For quite a while, Spotify has allowed their users to listen to locally downloaded music on their Android/iOS app. However, there was a limitation for the feature where users would need to be synced on the same local network as their desktop Spotify app. This is about to change as Spotify is testing the ability to play locally stored music on the phone directly via the app.

Apple launches global iPhone 11 display module replacement program due to touch issues in some units

Apple has found that a small percentage of iPhone 11 units that were manufactured between November 2019 and May 2020 have a manufacturing defect in the display module that may cause the display to stop responding to touch. For this the company has launched a replacement program globally that would let users with the defect to replace the display module. Google Emoji Kitchen adds over 14000 new combination options for custom emoji

Earlier this year, Google introduced a fun feature to the Gboard keyboard called Emoji Kitchen. With it, users could basically ‘cook up’ new customized emoji by selecting and combining two existing emoji, which would automatically be mashed together by Gboard. The feature has now been expanded with over 14000 possible emoji combinations, covering a wide variety of emotions.
