Spy shots of Nokia Vertu phone running Windows Phone 8 OS has surfaced in a Chinese site bbs.ngacn.cc. Nokia today announced their plans to sell Vertu, their luxury phone division to EQT VI in Europe, so we might not see this device. Motorola Razr Maxx is now available for pre-order in India from online retailer Infibeam. The LTE version, Droid Razr Maxx for Verizon was unveiled at CES 2012 earlier this year and the 3G HSPA version was announced in April. It was priced in UKin soon after that. It comes with a 3300 mAh battery, which offers up to 17.6 hours of talk-time and 607 hours standby on a single charge. It is 8.99 mm thick and weighs 145 grams.

A developer has managed to run iOS apps running on the BlackBerry PlayBook via an iOS player. The developer called businesscat2000 has posted several videos on the CrackBerry forums after which they tested him to prove the videos are real. RIM brought support to run Java and Android apps via App players last year and is prepping for the next BlackBerry 10 OS launch that would also be available for the PlayBook which would bring new features.
