Coolpad has launched Coolpad Max, the company’s flagship smartphone in India, as it had promised. It has a 5.2-inch 1080p IPS 2.5D Curved display with Corning Gorilla Glass 4 protection, is powered by an Octa-Core Snapdragon 617 processor and runs on Android 5.1 (Lollipop) with Cool UI 8.0 on top. It has a 13-megapixel rear camera with phase-detection auto-focus (PDAF) for quick focus and a 5-megapixel front-facing camera. Xiaomi Drone launch event scheduled for May 25

Xiaomi has scheduled an online UAV launch event on May 25th where it will release it’s first Drone. The drone is expected to have a camera capable of recording videos at 4K resolution at 30 fps. It is not clear if the Drone would have advanced features present in high-end drones from DJI or other makers.

After teasing the launch of a new flagship smartphone this month, YU sent out invites for the launch its YUNICORN smartphone on May 19th, now the company postponed the event to May 31st since tomorrow is vote counting day for assembly elections in five states.
