Samsung has launched the Galaxy Book6 series in India, expanding its laptop lineup with three models: Galaxy Book6 Ultra, Galaxy Book6 Pro, and Galaxy Book6. The series brings updates in design, display, performance architecture, cooling, and Galaxy AI integration.
Galaxy Book6 Series
The Galaxy Book6 series features a redesigned chassis with reconfigured internal components, including a wider vapor chamber, thinner fans, and an updated hinge, resulting in a slimmer profile. The Galaxy Book6 Ultra measures 15.4mm, while the Galaxy Book6 Pro 16” measures 11.9mm. The design includes symmetrical corners, a centered logo, a two-tone keyboard, and a haptic touchpad for consistent ergonomics.
The devices use a Dynamic AMOLED 2X touchscreen with HDR peak brightness up to 1000 nits and SDR brightness up to 500 nits. Key display features include:

The Galaxy Book6 Ultra also includes an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5070 Laptop GPU for additional graphics capability.
Battery and cooling features include up to 30 hours of video playback under typical usage conditions. The Galaxy Book6 Ultra supports fast charging that can restore up to 63% in approximately 30 minutes. The cooling system uses a larger vapor chamber and enhanced fins for improved heat distribution, while the Ultra variant adds a dual-path outlet fan, an optimized heatsink, and redesigned airflow for efficient thermal management.
The Galaxy Book6 Ultra features a six-speaker system with Dolby Atmos support, consisting of four force-canceling woofers and two tweeters. It uses up-firing tweeters for clearer audio and side-firing woofers for bass output, along with a back-to-back woofer design to reduce vibration and distortion at higher volumes.
The series also includes Samsung Knox for hardware-based multi-layer security and supports Windows 11 Secured-core PC features for enhanced system protection. Each device also undergoes durability testing as part of quality checks to ensure reliability.
Galaxy AI and productivity features
The Galaxy Book6 series integrates Galaxy AI features across on-device and cloud environments.
