Motorola is known to have an OS that is very close to stock Android experience. They are often the first to release update for their phones whenever a new Android version comes out as well. Now Motorola are proving that they also manage to update their older models regularly as well since the first generation Motorola Moto G LTE is getting update to Lollipop 5.1 in USA.
Motorola might be readying the launch of two new models for next month – namely the Moto X Sport and the new Moto G (2015). Both the handsets have been leaked in new images which aslo give us a glimpse into their specifications.
Last month, sources stated that the Motorola DROID Turbo which is on the Verizon network in USA will receive the update to Android Lollipop 5.1 sometime in June. Just as we reported, the soak test update is now rolling out and users can expect a final build sometime next week.

Motorola XT1585 for Verizon surfaced last month along with XT1578 and XT192A smartphones. This revealed a Quad HD display and Android 5.1.1. Later the reddit user revealed the codename of the smartphone as Kinzie and said that the smartphone will be powered by a Octa-Core Snapdragon 810 SoC. Motorola started Android 5.1 (Lollipop) soak test for Moto X (2nd Gen) last month in Brazil. It started Android 5.1 soak tests in France and Germany for the Moto X (1st) gen last week.
