HP has introduced a range of tablets that run on Android and Windows OS. The company has a launched 12.3-inch Pro Slate 12 and the 7.9-inch Pro Slate 8 along with HP Pro Slate 10 EE running on Android and HP Pro Tablet 10 EE running on Windows model.

It has a 8-inch (1280 x 800 pixels) IPS display with 5.06mm narrow bezel bezel and a screen-to-body ratio of 72.2%, is powered by a 1.33 GHz quad-core 64-bit Intel Atom Z3560 processor with PowerVR Series 6 GPU and runs on Android 4.4 (KitKat) with Zen UI. Xolo launched the Xolo Play Tegra Note tablet with Tegra 4 processor back in December 2013 for Rs, 17,999. Now the tablet is available exclusively from Amazon.in for Rs. 7,999. It has support for NVIDIA DirectStylus technology and also comes with a stylus pen. In our review we said that this is of the best tablets in the sub Rs. 20,000 segment at that time. Lenovo has launched the Tab 2 A7-10, the company’s latest budget tablet in the A-series. It was announced at the CES last week, packs a 7-inch (1024 x 600) IPS display, is powered by a 1.3GHz Quad-Core MediaTek MT8382M SoCs and runs on Android 4.4 KitKat. It has WiFi support, VGA front-facing camera, 1GB RAM, 8GB of internal storage with expansion slot and packs a 3450mAh battery. Asus has announced Fonepad 7 (FE171CG), a refreshed variant of last year’s Fonepad 7 at the CES this year. It has a 7-inch (1024 x 600 pixels) display and is powered by a 1.2 GHz dual-core Intel Atom Z2520 processor with PowerVR SGX544 GPU, similar to the Asus Fonepad 7 FE170CG that was launched in India last year, but this runs on Android 4.4 (KitKat) out of the box, comes with a 8-megapixel or 5-megapixel rear camera, 1GB or 2GB RAM depending on the region.
