Good news from Blackberry maker RIM today as they announced higher than expected revenue for the quarter ended November 2009. They have sold 10 million Blackberries in one single quarter which is amazing considering the economic climate. What recession ? BS is reporting that the hugely awaited MNP or Mobile Number Portability which lets you retain your mobile number while switching your operator might be delayed even upto 3 months as some operators including BSNL and MTNL are not ready to offer the service. Uninor India has opened his Chennai office which will serve as its HQ to Tamil Nadu and Kerala. What’s interesting is that this building has a Silver LEED Certification which means it’s eco-friendly.
The Chennai office has about 113 employees who work in this complex which has NO CABINS as Uninor wants to embrace Transparency and Openness !
At the function which was headed by .Stefan Kercza the first customer in Tamil nadu was felicitated.

iPhone was never a perfect navigational device, though it has Maps App but it hardly solved the purpose, it just shows your current position and roughly calculates distance between point A and B.
