Alcatel One Touch by TCL Communication and Cyanogen, Inc. have partnered to introduce Alcatel One Touch Hero 2+, a variant of Hero 2 that runs on Cyanogen OS. It has the same 6-inch 1080p display and is powered by a 2 GHz Octa-Core processor, but this runs on Cyanogen OS 11 based on Android 4.4.4 (KitKat). It comes with an integrated stylus pen and has optimized handwriting recognition.

Qualcomm has announced its new Zeroth Platform at the MWC 2015. It is optimized for premium mobile devices based on Snapdragon 820 processor.
