Asus has silently introduced Zenfone Live L1 (ZA550KL), the company’s first Android Oreo (Go Edition) smartphone in Indonesia. It packs a 5.45-inch HD+ display with 18:9 aspect ratio, is powered by Snapdragon 425 with 1GB or 2GB RAM, runs Android 8.1 (Oreo) Go Edition and the 2GB RAM version runs Android 8.0 (Oreo) with ZenUI 5.0. It has a 13-megapixel rear camera with LED flash 5-megapixel front camera and also has face unlock. Honor 8 Pro gets Face Unlock, AR Lens, Idea VoLTE and more via OTA update in India

Honor roll out Android 8.0 Oreo update for the Honor 8 Pro in India back in February that brought several new features including option to make VoLTE calls on Vodafone and Jio. Twitter advices its 336 million users to change the password over a bug

However, the company has recently identified a bug that stored passwords unmasked in an internal log. Global tablet shipments continue to decline, down 11.7% YoY in Q1 2018 : IDC

Global tablet market continues to decline, and in the first quarter of 2018 (1Q18), it declined 11.7% year over year with total shipments of 31.7 million units, according to the latest report from International Data Corporation (IDC). Detachable tablets like the Microsoft Surface and iPad Pro saw over 2.9% YoY growth by grabbing 15.3% share, but the traditional slate tablets continued to decline with 26.8 million unit shipments, down 13.9% from the prior year.
