Madfinger Games, the creators of the popular games such as Shadowgun and Dead Trigger has just announced that the Dead Trigger 2 would be released on the 23rd of October 2013 at the Tokyo Game Show 2013. The Dead Trigger 2 is a first person zombie shooter similar to the first game that was released in 2012. The first game was launched as a paid game and went free later, but this once would launch for free on both the Android and iOS devices. FIFA 14 released as free to download for iOS in NZ

FIFA 14 is set for release in the next week across consoles and PC, but today we EA released the FIFA 14 app for iOS as a free app in the App Store, but only in New Zealand. The game has been released as a free game, but to unlock features and extras in-app purchases come into play.

Where’s My Water? released back in 2011 for Android and iOS for $0.99. Now the sequel Where’s My Water? 2 has been launched for iPhone, iPad and Windows Phone 8 devices for free of cost. This game has new locations including the Sewer, the Soap Factory, the Beach. It has the same gameplay mechanics as the first one. All you need is to cut through dirt, and guide fresh water, purple water, and steam to help Swampy and his friends! The iPhone and iPad app even has Facebook connect that lets you see the scores of your friends. The game is expected to launch for Android devices soon.

Assassins Creed Pirates coming this year to Android and iOS

Disney UTV’s Indiagames has launched Fighter Lukkha, an action game themed around a typical Mumbai gang war. The game is set in the chawls of Mumbai with Lukkha as the main protagonist who takes on his archenemy Todfod. Users start playing as Lukkha and together with his gang members fights against Todfod. They can choose from equipment like knives, short ranged pistols and much more besides their bare hands for their fight. Temple Run: Oz from Imangi Studios and Disney/Pixar is now available for Windows Phone 8. The game was released for Android, iPhone and iPad in March. The Temple Run: Oz based on the Temple Run 2 and inspired by Oz the Great and Powerful movie that released earlier this year. This game would let you Play as Oz and outrun the shrieking flying baboons as you turn, jump and slide your way across the land. Asphalt 7 for Android updated with new Cars and Play Games integration

Gameloft is on a roll these days. Last week, they announced that Asphalt 8 will be hitting the Google Play Store and Apple App Store on August 22nd and today they have announced their partnership with Microsoft to bring 15 Gameloft games to Windows platform. Asphalt 8 is easily one of the most anticipated mobile racing games. Asphalt 7, still one of the top paid games, has just got an update from Gameloft.

Plants vs. Zombies 2 for iOS clocks 16 million downloads in 5 days

PopCap games released the most expected Plants vs. Zombies 2 for iOS devices, iPhone, iPad and iPod Touch last Thursday.
